These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Tech Titans Pod Show (“Event”), organized by Emirates Podcast, a company based in the United Arab Emirates (“Emirates Podcast,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By attending or engaging with our event, platform, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview of Services

1.1. Tech Titans Pod Show is a curated networking experience combining live podcast recordings, community engagement, and knowledge-sharing sessions for tech founders, investors, and innovation leaders.

1.2. The Event is held monthly in the UAE and may include live physical gatherings, online content, interviews, social networking, and more. Access may be provided through ticket purchases, invitation, or sponsorship participation.

1.3. We are not a funding, investment, or fundraising platform. We do not facilitate transactions, offer financial advice, or participate in deal-making. All participants are solely responsible for their networking outcomes.

1.4. We do not endorse, validate, or guarantee any claims, offerings, or representations made by participants. Individuals are advised to exercise due diligence before engaging in any business or investment discussions.

2. Participation & Community Access

2.1. Participation may be extended via applications, partnerships, sponsorships, or curated invitations. Access may be free or paid depending on event type.

2.2. Emirates Podcast may suspend or terminate access to any event or related services at its discretion, without obligation to provide notice or reason.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1. Event tickets and services must be paid for in advance. Pricing is displayed prior to registration. Refunds are issued under limited conditions:

3.1.1. A written refund request submitted via email at least 48 hours before the event. An admin fee may apply.

3.1.2. Dissatisfaction claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the event with a clear and valid reason. If validated, partial or full refunds may be issued.

3.2. Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

No-show without notice
Late cancellation
Invalid reason for dissatisfaction
Failure to use purchased service within 90 days
Other scenarios determined at our discretion
3.3. If an event is cancelled or postponed by us, a full refund will be provided upon request.

3.4. If cancelled due to force majeure or issues beyond our control (e.g., health restrictions, venue issues), we are not obligated to issue refunds.

4. User Responsibility & Liability

4.1. We act solely as a platform for community engagement and not as intermediaries or endorsers of business opportunities.

4.2. You are solely responsible for the decisions, connections, and outcomes resulting from your participation.

4.3. We are not liable for:

Any losses, misunderstandings, or failed commitments between participants
Misrepresentation by attendees or third-party partners
Deals made outside our knowledge or facilitation
4.4. All participants are expected to act in good faith and uphold professional standards of conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All event content, branding, logos, media, and creative assets are the property of Emirates Podcast.

5.2. Reproduction or distribution of any content without written consent is prohibited.

5.3. User-generated content (such as recorded interviews or photos) may be used by us for promotional purposes with appropriate credit.

6. Media, Privacy & Data

6.1. Photos, videos, and audio may be captured during the event and shared publicly. To opt out, notify us in writing before the event.

6.2. We strive to protect your personal data using available best practices.

6.3. However, we are not liable for any data breaches, hacks, or leaks despite reasonable precautions.

6.4. By attending our event, you agree to allow Emirates Podcast to collect, store, and share your data (including with partners, sponsors, and media collaborators) for community and marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations

7.1. All services are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

7.2. We do not guarantee business success, investment outcomes, or connection quality.

7.3. Emirates Podcast is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions, behavior, or actions taken by attendees, partners, or speakers
7.4. You agree to hold Emirates Podcast harmless from any legal or financial disputes arising from your participation in the event or community.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. These Terms may be updated or changed at any time. We recommend reviewing them periodically.

8.2. Continued use or participation in our events indicates your acceptance of any updated Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
